The Process

This means we'll:
  • Meet with your hiring team to understand your range of needs.
  • Working closely with you to formulate detailed job specifications and differentiate between required skills and preferred skills.
  • Search through our vast database containing literally thousands of highly qualified, professionals to find just the right consultant that best fits your needs.
  • Perform in-house interviews to pre-qualify candidates for technical and professional skills. Our internal software project leads perform all technical interviews.
  • Check at least three personal/professional references.
  • Provide executive summaries for the selected candidates.
  • We will personally introduce the candidate to the client on the first interview.
  • We will only present two or three "stars" for  each position.
  • Provide ongoing management for the consultant and any future client needs.
